Participants are required to have valid travel insurance that covers cancellations due to weather,
loss or damage to equipment, as well as any accidents or injuries sustained during snow sports
activities.
The individual responsible for making the payment is required to communicate all relevant terms,
conditions, and information to every member of the booking group. In the event of cancellation, this
individual assumes responsibility for any fees incurred by the entire group.
All products and services provided by Hokkaido Snow Pro are subject to availability. Additionally,
multi-day services must be used on consecutive days.
In the event of any discrepancies between the printed terms and the content available on our
website, the website's terms shall prevail.
By participating in a lesson with Hokkaido Snow Pro, you (or your parent/guardian) acknowledge that snow sports carry inherent risks and may result in injuries. Hokkaido Snow Pro assumes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur before, during, or after the lesson. Additionally, Hokkaido Snow Pro is not liable for any loss or damage to equipment during the lesson, including any costs associated with replacement or lost time.
In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, no refunds will be provided. Only authorized resort staff have the authority to officially close the mountain. Hokkaido Snow Pro reserves the right to consolidate groups of varying ages and skill levels as needed.
Private lessons can have up to 5 people. Lift tickets must be bought before the lesson starts. Parents or guardians need to make sure their children have valid lift tickets. If a lesson is missed because of not having a valid lift ticket, that time will not be refunded or transferred.
If you take a full-day lesson that includes lunch, you agree that you or your child may be exposed to allergens, and HSP will not be responsible for any issues related to allergies.

From booking until 15 days before travel: 0% fee 14 to 7 days before travel: 50% fee 7 days or less before travel: 100% fee Any bank fees or costs related to providing cancellation refunds are the full responsibility of the guest.
